If I have a website that is a job posting board, doesn't the adsense ads on the right simply advertise other job posting boards? Why would I want to do that, show my customers who my competition is?

Hi i was wondering whether there was some flash or javascript or something that would allow me to have a meter with a goal that ties in with Google Adsense. When i mkake moeny on Adsense the meter fills up a bit more based on how much i have earned. is ther eany way in doing this. All help much appreciated thanks.
