I rejected my google adsense, if i want to register join google adsense again am i eligible? what can i do?
If i use back the same notebook? still can participate? cause google is based on GUI .

ok i have made an account with adsense a month ago,possibly more than a month,since than i started spending hours & hours on internet in order to know it,i got disapointed many times & left adsense
i made a blog,a website….though it was a hard task,i got ads to show but
- the ads are irrelevent absolutely to the content of my site,why would anyone click them
- the ads are only appearing in my blog (blogger.com,coz there’s a direct option for adsense) while in my website no ad appearing & the code is showed in that way when i publish it
- since then i’ve added adsense,(more than a month) my earnings are $:0.00,im disappointed & i reckon im waisting my time
the only thing which urge me to be there is that there are certain people,who’ve started & within a week they’ve started earning,possibly less or very less like 20$ per week,but atleast they’ve started
but my earnings are ZERO since the 1st day,i feel like gosh i’ve wasted alot of time,even if i’ve earned a few bucks,it is enough to convince me that yeah this logic works
anyone expereinced pls guide me,is anyone outthere new to adsense & have started making money within a week or so????
secondly my blog have just a few (possibly 10) hits a day
& yeah what is the meaning adding channels to your list,when you goto asense setup tab,manage ads,it questions in step 2….what does it mean?
if anyone expereinced outthere could helpme,i would be really gratefull
