I have an thought for a website, primarily to be based on traffic ad revenue like google adsense and amazon hold referrals. So, it will make its money essentially on publicity.

But, I am not a very capable site builder or internet marketer.

Also, I want to spend as absoluteltly small money as possible on this venture.
