I run an internet based television service, True Black Television. It is primarily targeted towards the African-American audience. The network is run on a low, low budget. I have big dreams for the network including being on all major cable and satellite systems. I also want a news program along with many scripted shows. But, I cannot afford any of this, so I run many African-American shows in syndication. The channel is available on MySpace, YouTube, Metacafe, and Dailymotion. The network reaches 200,000 since being launched on June 29, 2008. Aside from that, my blog is #3 on the Google Rankings with 20,000 views since August 18, 2008. For all of these plans, it takes a lot of money. The only way that I can make this money is through ad revenue. I have pitched to numerous businesses, only to be turned down, or cheated. I need advertisers, but I do not know how to place banners on my videos or my blog. Also, I do not want to use AdSense. But, what I do is add advertisers to my blogrolls and place links to the sites in my video’s description boxes. But, I have turned up pretty much empty. So, anyone who is interested, please help me. I have a feeling that my network will end up being just another unused idea.
I am also using my blog for space, but no one is working with me.

I have been in Internet Marketing for many years. I already use AdSense, AdBrite, Text Ads, PerformancingAds and several others. Most cases, such as AdSense thrive on website content, but my website is very similar to Flickr and is 95% images with very little text. I need something more suited to image ads/content. (Yes, I use AdSense banners already). Thanks everyone.
To clarify, the issue is not with the traffic amount, the issue is with the CPM. The CPM number has dropped significantly, while traffic has maintained itself. The question is inquiring into different types of advertising (ie: watermarked photos, ads that appear in the footer area of a photo, etc, etc) Thanks.

…I would love if I have the chance to implement a banners of varieties of big companies on my website. How to ask them about can I advertise them and what is the way to get that AdSense code, from them.

I have a music site that allows people to search for tracks or artists or albums and then listen to them streamed online. It does not require any software installation and the streaming music player is proprietary opens up in browser. The site is desgined to look google like simple, I will have two banners one on top of the search results and one the bottom. Also I will have one banner ad in the music player.

I get 13,000 uniques a day most of whom are regulars since they come back to the site daily when they want to listen to music and many of whom are on for extended periods of time, as they listen to several tracks.

I am using adsense right now but think I will make more money by using weekly rate banners. For example 0 a week for one of the main banners or 0 a week for the music player banner.

This will be first venture in online advertising so any help is appreciated.
