I had an argument with couple of friends of mine about Google the other day. They believe Google has patented their main advertizing programs, where I think that there’s no way to patent this advertizing model, because it’s just a model, a software solution for internet advertizing.

Does anyone knows the answer to that one ?

Can I use this link for a separate textlink, does it function like the original banner link, and is it allowed ?
