Please let me know that any website for understanding more about google adsense?

I use google adsense and it doesnt even work out for me that well. so it would be a pleasure if all you guys helped me out the best possible way to earn money online legally

I pen a fairly popular independent sports blog, with several thousand regular visitors. Now I need to figure out how to make money off it. Are there any blog hosting sites that share ad revenue, or will I need to set up my own site and sign up for Google AdSense? Advice appreciated!!

I don’t want to use google adsense because I want to be able to control the advertising myself, I also want it to look professional. How can I get this sort of advertising on my site?
